ACT has developed and built an ERP called FULLCOOP for Saving and Credit Cooperatives with a extensive experience in Systems Development and integration into the national and international markets.

This module is the entry, modification and display of detailed information from member and/or saver, and products that you have in the Cooperative. |

Makes a simulation of credits, in addition to the Application, Evaluation and Generation of Credits in fixed rate and variable, automatic credits (Credit Line) controlling the policies of Cooperative and the Ministry of Economy Cooperative Department.

Makes a request, generation and management of fixed-term deposits, saving books and special products controlling the policies of Cooperative and the Ministry of Economy Cooperative Department.

In this module performs the management of collections though Bitácora. Generating lists of pre-billing real, and closeouts delinquent debt.

In this module are the maintainers of daily needs of branches. Cash control and management of branch. |

It makes opening and closing fund, money incomes and expenses and/or documents of different products of the Cooperative.

This module performs all the accounting, including the plan of accounts, established by the Ministry of Economy Cooperative Department and generation of all the required reports in compliance with the regulations.

This module performs the own process implementation of Cooperative as deadline match and rates, clasification portfolio, interest accrual loans and deposits, provisions, commissions, discount for payrolls, Dicom.

In this module, presents indicators of operation, balance and performance of the Cooperative.

Its manages and configures all the system, including system parameters, internal policies and regulations of the Ministry of Economy Cooperative Department.

In this module, generates AC and C reports, requested directly by the Ministry of Economy Cooperative Department.
